Overview

Integrations connect B6AI to the back-office tools your team relies on, so your bots and agents can take real action during a conversation, create a support ticket, look up an order, update a CRM record, take a payment, book a meeting or send an email.

Each integration guide is self-contained: it walks the entire lifecycle, from creating credentials in the third-party platform to entering every field in B6AI and verifying the live connection, so you can complete setup without leaving the page.

Integrations vs Channels
Integrations are tools your bot acts on (Zendesk, HubSpot, Shopify…). The messaging surfaces where your bot talks to customers (WhatsApp, Instagram, Web Widget…) live in the separate Channels section.

Integration categories

B6AI supports integrations across these categories. Pick one from the sidebar to open its full setup guide.

All integrations & how they authenticate

Every integration is authorized differently. This table shows the primary authentication method for each; the individual guides explain each option in detail.

How to use these guides

Every integration guide follows the same four phases, so once you have set up one, the rest feel familiar.

  1. Confirm the prerequisites and create/prepare the third-party account.
  2. Generate credentials (token, API key or OAuth client) in the third-party platform and grant the listed scopes.
  3. Enter every field in B6AI under Settings → Integrations, then Connect.
  4. Verify with the built-in test, then use the integration from an Action node in Bot Builder.

Looking for messaging channels?

If you want your bot to talk to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram or your website, open the Channels section instead, those connections publish a bot to a customer-facing surface rather than adding a back-office action.

Channels
WhatsApp · Instagram · Facebook · Web Widget · Telegram are documented under Channels.

Security & permissions

Integrations are configured by Enterprise Admins and shared across the workspace. B6AI stores every credential encrypted at rest and never exposes secrets back in the UI. Always grant the least privilege an integration needs, and rotate credentials on a schedule.

Least privilege
Grant only the scopes each guide lists, use a dedicated service account where possible, and rotate credentials regularly. Revoke immediately if a secret is ever exposed.
