Introduction
B6AI is an enterprise platform for building, deploying and managing AI bots and agents across every customer channel.
Welcome to B6AI
B6AI is an agent-first platform for customer conversations. It connects WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and your website widget into a single AI agent that answers from your own knowledge, takes real actions through integrations, and hands off to a human when a conversation needs one.
Unlike template-and-broadcast tools, B6AI treats each bot as an agent: it reasons over your Knowledge Base, calls tools, and maintains one identity per customer across every channel.
Who this documentation is for
These guides serve three audiences: business users onboarding a workspace and building bots, administrators managing users, billing and integrations, and developers connecting B6AI to AI clients over MCP.
| Audience | Start with |
|---|---|
| Business users / builders | Quick Start, Creating Your First Bot |
| Administrators | Tenant Onboarding, User & Role Management |
| Developers | MCP Overview and the client connection guides |
How the platform is organized
B6AI is multi-tenant. Each organization is a tenant workspace with its own bots, knowledge, agents and billing. The left navigation is organized around these areas.
- Bots: the conversational agents you design in Bot Builder, each with its own flows, Knowledge Base and channels.
- Chats: the agent inbox where humans pick up conversations a bot hands off; Tickets track issues.
- Teams and Roles & Permission: the agents in your workspace and what they are allowed to do.
- Settings: integrations, channels (per bot), billing, business hours, routing, notifications and more.
- Dashboard and Activity Logs: performance at a glance and an audit trail of actions.
